Well, it's been a trying couple of months to say the least. Our beautiful baby boy has a horrible case of Colic. In fact, the pediatrician told us that it's the worst case she's seen in 2 years. And our prize...high levels of stress, concern, and frustration. But the good news is that things have gotten much better over the past week. Brendan had his 2 month appointment last week and we were sent home with some new formula that is intended for infants with Colic. It seems to be working as we've seen much more bouts of happiness in between all of the crying. We even got our first smiles this week! We are breathing a sigh of relief that there is light at the end of the tunnel. As I'm sure you can tell, he's also gaining a healthy bit of weight. At his appointment he weighed in at 11 lbs. 1 oz. That's 4 lbs. more than last month!
