Way back in the end of April we were able to take a trip, just Ryan and I, to Boston. Ryan was the best man in our good friend, Alex's, wedding to be held there. It was so nice to spend time with our old college buddy. We always say he's the "other brother we never had." Sadly, we are only able to see him once every few years, busy lives & distance and all that. But how awesome it was to catch up. We were able to meet his bride for the first time, and she and Mandy hit it off right from the start. Though only an extended weekend trip, we had such a good time. We went out and were shown some of the sights by our own personal tour guide, Sarah (Alex's wife). We ate seafood, and had some drinks at Cheers. Then the remainder of the trip was filled with all things wedding, Mandy's speciality. These are the pics from the rehearsal dinner (will try to post wedding pics if I can find a scanner).

How's this for fresh: our dinner was late because they were waiting for the lobster boat to dock and bring in our lobster! Nearly everyone ordered this crab-stuffed lobster for their meal.
